1950年10月生于淄博高新区傅山村中共党员，高级经济师；淄博市摄影家协会顾问；傅山村党委书记、傅山企业集团有限公司董事长；山东省第八、九届党代表；山东省第十一届人大代表；先后荣获“全国劳动模范”、“全国优秀乡镇企业经理”、山东省“劳动模范”，多次荣获山东省“优秀共产党员”、“思想政治先进工作者”、“优秀乡镇企业家”称号，多次被授予市区“优秀共产党员”“优秀乡镇企业家”“明星企业家”等多项荣誉，被淄博市政府授予“淄博十大时代先锋”，被淄博市人大授予“优秀市人大代表”荣誉称号。
