毕业于中央美院雕塑系。牛淼《产物》系列四件作品表现了人从跪姿、直立、半蹲到俯卧的渐进性动作，身体与巨鱼、大鳄从交叉逐渐转变为融为一体，暗示着自我精神对某种神秘力量从臣服、独立到膜拜的生命体验进程。巨鳄穿透身体而过，内在的自我镇定从容，指引生命向前涌进，充满佛性的面孔暗示着灵魂的秘密。深灰色的雕塑生猛而沉郁，具有神秘庄严的宗教般的体验，包容着自我救赎﹑禅与佛﹑人与自然等广泛的精神指向。BAinSculpture,CentralAcademyofFineArts.NiuMiao'sHumanwithAnimalseriesshowmanprogressingfromkneelingtostanding,squattingandlyingdownasthebodygoesfromintersectingwithagiantfishoracrocodiletograduallybecomingonewiththem,anallusiontothelifeexperienceofthespiritualprogressionfromindependentallegiancetoamysteriousforce,tosubmissionandworship.Thecrocodilepassesthroughthebodyasitcalmlyleadstheanimalforward.TheBuddha-likefacehintsatthesecretsofthesoul.Thedeepgraysculpturesarevividandgloomy,markedbyanearreligioussolemnity,encompassingawiderangeofspiritualreferencessuchasself-redemption,ZenandBuddhism,andmanandnature.
