黄小祥
简介
黄小祥，重庆籍人士。曾在大学、国家机关工作，后在地方政府任职。起早贪晚追光觅影，灵性闪动调色天堂。曾有作品在刊物发表和参展。 Huang xiaoxiang, is a native of Chongqing. He used to work in university and state organs. Later he held office in local government. In his spare time he prefers to chase light from early morning to nightime, using his lens to paint heaven. His work has appeared in various publications and exhibitions.
